A few months back after some hardcore testing I reviewed the Prototype frequency G tyre that I'm still rocking now, and is still going strong. News from Chris at Odyssey is that the tyre is now in production, and will be available next month! In time for winter training ready for the new year and a new contest season!

Nice can't wait to try it!
Grippier than the khe I found... I still have khe on front for now, this tyre will outsell the khe for sure me thinks..
Whats the difference between this tyre and the previous Odyssey Freq G , P-lyte's ?
Softer compound Howard, grips way better on indoor surfaces, read the review.
how does it fare outside? us mere mortals have no indoor spot, im still on the standard steel bead freq, as the plytes wear down too fast, also are all the different frequencys the same price?
@ Lee, as I said in the review the tyre does what it says on the tin, you may as well stick to the regular frequency g outside, can't you ride at Keelans indoor spot then?
Have no idea about price sorry.
there's a few street brands atm that have softer compounds that take Hp, that could potentially be alright for indoor spots.
I forget the brands, so i'll get back.
One snag thou, they're usually wider in width.
i hear what you saying in your review E on the TGM surface that ripped the shit out of my tyre as well ,crappy surface overatted and on a hill never ride well there ,these Odysseys look good.
A lot of interest regarding these tyres, what you need to remember is softer tyres like these or the khes will wear out on rougher surfaces, like tgm for example, they are really for indoor surfaces. And they work. The regular k lyte odyssey tyre is fine for outdoors.
