Scott Powell interviewed in the new Bmx Plus!

So good to see Plus are still after all these years 1) still around and 2)covering flatland pretty much every issue, this is great! now 3) I wish I could get hold of the bloody mag!

Wow, I really like Scott's view on Flatland and BMX in general. Great interview! One good thing to debate is the role of pro-riders (as in someone earning their living exclusively from their riding). I am not sure they could go away with not riding contests. If riding is their main activity, they should drive an income from it. Sponsors expect a return on investment which come from exposure the rider get, usually from contest placing. I know a lot of us are doing shows/promotions but i am not sure someone could earn enough to live from it (without another activity). But maybe I am wrong, it s just my point of view.

With technology advancing how it currently is, things like skype for example, this web sessions idea is just around the corner, look at events such as jomo pr and simpel session, that had live video feeds...
