Flatground 06 has to go down as one of the best contests ever! The vibe was electric, winter time in Holland, the level was amazing for the time, there was rivalry, drama, killer battles, tension, Martti dropped the guillotine double whip to crackpacker in his final battle with Alex Jumelin, and Martin @ Globalflat caught the whole deal, go watch it if you missed this...

This brought back a lot of memories, as I said one of the best contests ever! Hard to recreate that kind of energy...
damn how in the effing world do you judge a contest like this?????????????????????????? LOL!!! this was a good contest and year!
When is judging ever easy??, one on one battle format, few close calls as usual did help, but what I remember the energy, atmosphere was amazing, practise area was always stacked with riders going off..
Jumelins combo at 15:20 was off the hook ,and Matthais did have a brake then lol.
