guys at TCUB are really retarded. Those bikes are sold in that bike shop, where T-Gon and Akira work and they just made a small promo video having a lot of fun.
People don't understand that bike riding in general is a huge thing in Japan. There are more bikes in the streets then in Amsterdam, hehe. And many people love these weird 20"wheel-roadbikes.
Why? Cause they are so fucking easy to ride!
