The lack of tent effected the atmosphere as well as obviously the constant showers. The level of riding for whatever reason was not as high as the previous year. Which is a shame, as this contest was sanctioned by the ibmxff, thus having a lot of clout going onto the olympics. I'm surprised more pros didn't go to the event, seems to be a lot of politics within the sport. Which I guess is inevitable with the world championships and world circuit within a week of each other? Which event has more prestige though? Comment below...
